Tribunal Reference Group
The Mental Health Review Tribunal (Tribunal) values the personal experiences of consumers of mental health services, as well as the lived/living experience of their carers and support networks. This recognition is partially realised through the development of a Tribunal Reference Group (TRG). The TRG acts as a vital link between the Tribunal and our consumers, providing us with authentic advice, guidance, and opinions relating to the Tribunal's operations, plans and activities.
By actively engaging with the TRG, the Tribunal can seek to align with the views of our consumers. Their input helps us to continuously improve and enhance the overall consumer experience.
Expression of Interest
We are currently seeking expressions of interest for the Mental Health Review Tribunal Reference Group (TRG).
If you have personal experience as a consumer of mental health services, are a carer or support person for a mental health consumer, please consider applying to join the TRG and help us to improve the Tribunal. Prior experience with the Tribunal or on an advisory body would be an advantage.
TRG meetings will take place approximately every 3 months and will last 2 -3 hours. You will also be paid for your attendance.
